This cafe has a dedicated full month membership where they can have there modern day to day co-working as well as informal meetings with unlimited caffeine and food. ☝🏾this was the brief given to our team.

This exclusive plug-and-play café concept was designed for The Chocolate Room group (TCR) as a premium lounge offering a unique blend of co-working functionality and café hospitality. Envisioned as a members-only space with monthly subscriptions, the lounge provides an ideal setting for modern-day professionals to engage in day-to-day work, informal meetings, or simply unwind—all with unlimited access to food and caffeine.

Given the brief, our team developed a spatial concept centered around hexagonal relaxation zones—a response to the challenge of a large vertical volume paired with a relatively limited carpet area. These hexagonal pods act as private work cells, accommodating up to six people, with diwan-style seating that encourages extended comfort, casual postures, and a sense of being “at home.”

Each pod is positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic views of HITEX, placing users in the dynamic heart of the city while maintaining a peaceful and focused ambiance within. The industrial-chic aesthetic, layered with soft textures and diffused lighting, creates a unique atmosphere we call the "Work Factory"—a balance between energy, comfort, and functionality.

This concept is not just a co-working café—it’s a reimagined urban workspace designed to support creativity, collaboration, and calm in the midst of city life.
